Mr. Michael Leonard has an extensive
background in New York City related to adult and juvenile offenders. He
has a lot of experience with gangs and criminal justice issues. His
services are sought by criminal justice agencies throughout the country
and he also trains people of all ages and in all walks of life
regarding security risk groups.

with youth based programs. He has been an invited speaker and lecturer
all over the country. His personal story has been featured in several
